Sam Gammon · Profile and expertise

Sam Gammon and James Clark are the same person. My work may appear under either name. I have founded four startups: Momentum Ideas, Bloombox, Buildless, and Elide, with one exit at Bloombox. My expertise includes networking and systems, Linux, the JVM (Kotlin and Java), JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, runtimes, agentic engineering, product strategy, and developer experience. I also use Rust. Sacramento City College: coursework toward an AA in Computer Science, degree not completed. Eagle Scout, 2009.
