ktfmt — GraalVM Native Image support

I contributed GraalVM Native Image support to ktfmt in PR #584, opened January 12, 2026 and landed upstream on June 30, 2026. The work enables ahead-of-time native formatter binaries that run without an installed JVM. It includes native-image build configuration and reachability metadata, with lazy initialization of the Kotlin parser environment to avoid compiler setup during image construction. Native startup particularly benefits short formatting runs; the PR’s performance figures are workload-specific. The repository is now hosted at Kotlin/ktfmt, formerly facebook/ktfmt.
